Core4ce Selected to Deliver Medical Modeling and Simulation Capability for the Defense Health Agency

November 20 2025

ARLINGTON, Va.; November 20, 2025 — Core4ce, a federal contractor specializing in defense technology solutions and professional services, announced it has been awarded the Role 4 Modeling Tool (R4MT) development contract by the Army Contracting Command (ACC) through the U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (PEO STRI), Training and Readiness Accelerator (TReX II) consortium. TReX II members focus on identifying, developing, and testing modeling, simulation, and training capabilities at the speed of innovation.

R4MT will become the premier enterprise-level predictive planning tool for the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and Combatant Commands’ medical planners. R4MT will support planning and modeling of large-scale casualty flow contingencies – identifying available, specialized care capabilities at military treatment facilities (MFTs) and other designated National Disaster Medical System facilities.

“This award marks a significant step forward in supporting the Department of War and the Joint Force in their combat support missions, particularly in planning scenarios related to large-scale combat operations,” said Core4ce’s Vice President of Advanced IT Solutions Stevyn Buie. “The development of the Role 4 Medical Modeling and Simulation Tool will better enable DHA to model casualty flow across MTFs, the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs, the private sector, and activated National Disaster Medical System facilities.”

Core4ce’s modeling and simulation experts have a proven track record of applying advanced analytics and machine learning to deliver actional insights. In support of NIWC Atlantic and the Program Executive Office for Defense Healthcare Management Systems (PEO DHMS), Core4ce previously developed a Biosurveillance Hub & Portal (BSHP) Proof of Concept (PoC) to detect, analyze, and track potential bio-threats using advanced predictive modeling techniques. The project focused on developing predictive threat models and purpose-built biosurveillance analytic tools to significantly improve decision-making processes and enhance operational effectiveness.

“Core4ce is proud to serve as a partner to the Defense Health Agency in its mission to ensure our medical force is ready to deliver care in any combat environment,” said Core4ce CEO Mike Morehouse. “Our technical experts are committed to delivering state-of-the-art predictive modeling solutions that enhance military medical planning. This contract underscores our dedication to advancing the Department of War’s operational readiness and ensuring our warfighters receive optimal support.”
