ARLINGTON, VA — March 24, 2026 — Core4ce today announced it has been selected as an awardee under Phase I of the U.S. General Services Administration’s (GSA) Alliant 3 Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). GSA received 133 proposals and selected 43 awardees in the first phase.
Alliant 3 is a Best-In-Class multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) GWAC for IT and IT-enabled services. Under the vehicle, federal agencies can compete and issue task orders for requirements that may include cybersecurity, data solutions, systems engineering, and cloud services. Alliant 3 is the next iteration in GSA’s Alliant GWAC portfolio and is described by GSA as an unrestricted enterprise contract with increased emphasis on areas such as emerging technologies, performance-based contracting measures, and small-business subcontracting. GSA has stated the contract has no maximum ceiling.
“I’m proud to share that Core4ce has been awarded GSA Alliant 3 under Phase 1,” said Amie Milan, Chief Growth Officer at Core4ce. “For a midsize company, earning a seat alongside some of the largest providers in the federal market is a significant achievement. It validates the quality of our past performance, the maturity of our operations, and the credibility of our technical excellence. This vehicle expands our access across the federal government and positions us to compete for complex IT, cyber, data, and emerging technology opportunities at scale.”
Core4ce’s selection for Alliant 3 was preceded by the announcement in December that the company earned a seat on the SHIELD IDIQ, which is designed to allow the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) and other Department of War entities to rapidly compete orders under one flexible enterprise vehicle. With a ceiling of $151 billion, SHIELD is designed to transform homeland missile defense by enabling the rapid deployment of innovative capabilities to the warfighter.
“Being selected for both Alliant 3 and the SHIELD IDIQ in recent months reflects the strength of our team and the outcomes we deliver for customers,” said Mike Morehouse, Chief Executive Officer of Core4ce. “We’re ready to use these vehicles to bring our capabilities to more agencies and support national security priorities with speed, security, and mission focus.”
